Anita Teresa Boeninger

Anita Teresa Boeninger is an Integrative Health & Sexuality Educator, and founder of The Sex & Medicine Summit, as well as The Embodied Femme. She provides group and private sessions in mindbody therapies, somatic movement, and sexuality integration training for health and vitality. She was a founding member of the Department of Integrative Health Programs at NYU Langone Medical Center, helping to grow & innovate their programs over a five-year period through providing mindbody education to thousands of patients and staff. In 2013, she practiced Qi Gong on the Dr. Oz Show, and has been interviewed on Progressive Radio Network, Dr. Radio, Your Beautiful Child and Listen-Give Talk Radio, sharing her expertise on vitalizing practices and sexual well-being. She has been a four-time presenter at the national women’s conference, “Goddess on the Go,” and an expert wellness panelist for the Queen’s County Lawyer’s Assistance Program. Most recently, she was a presenter at the annual “Heal Thy Practice” Conference for medical professionals, in Westchester, NY. Anita leads through presence, driven by a passion for experiential knowledge and body-centric wisdom. She is an experienced & innovative facilitator, and has presented at numerous companies and organizations, including Amnesty International, JP Morgan, West LB, Cotton Inc, Rockefeller University, Bellevue Hospital, The Creative Center, the NY Insight Meditation Center, Integral Yoga Institute, and others. She offers on-going panel discussion salons, courses, and private training for women & men through her work with The Embodied Femme.
